Very poor service ..
Had my van detailed and waxed. Too many items found not done correctly...
Over spray on head lights.
Roof rack had spots....
Both sliding doors
Inside frame jamb had dirt ....
Glove box and center concel had puddles of liquid shine ....
Had to wait another 35mins so they could fix these issues.....
Had been here in 2 yr but before I had brought them 3 vehicles year for 8 years ...
Really thinking about going elsewhere.....

Friday July 11, 2025, had my 2023 corvette convertible hand washed at Tower Car Wash in Batavia, IL. I have never taken it to a car wash before, but I have an injured arm, so I was desperate to get it hand washed and properly wiped off when I was unable to do it myself. I needed to get it thoroughly washed because I was showing it in an annual car show the next day. It took an about an hour for them to wash and wipe it dry. I looked it over immediately after they were done and was very pleased with the job they did. When I showed it the next day, I won the “Best 1974 to 2025 Corvette” award. In all honesty, my car didn’t win the award because they washed it, but their thorough cleaning allowed me to show it well and therefore enabled the award win. I appreciate the job they did and recommend them for a hand car wash, if you want such a service.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Not Clean at All
Very disappointed. The car still has dust, fingerprints, and crumbs everywhere. Seats weren't vacuumed properly, and shiny surfaces look smeared and dirty. Doesn’t look like it was cleaned at all. Not coming back.

Not good for $32.00, I would pay maybe $15-18.00 for a better job at other places. Bottom still dirty by exhaust, carpets still dirty. Used a towel that left a black streak of grease or tar.

Disappointing. I paid $30 plus a tip and my car is still dirty on the inside. I had to ask the attendant to wipe down the doorjambs, even though I paid extra for it.

I had my car detailed here recently and it was an exceptional experience! I have the monthly car wash subscription and was given a 20% discount because of that. The total was $187 and change. I cannot begin to express how fabulous my car looked after detailing. I will 100% return to have this done again at least twice a year. The value for the money was superb, the efficiency of the service was excellent, and I am so glad I decided to have my car done here. I can’t recommend it enough.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of work. I brought a in my truck for a wash, after it was done, I pointed out it was still dirty inside and outside. Gave them a chance to make things right- They failed… and charged me again to run it through the car wash for a second time. Lost a lifetime customer for $10 profit. Terrible customer focus, terrible product, terrible business acumen. Take your money elsewhere where it is appreciated and where they stand by their product.

Eh. $37 for a wash and mats cleaned. The glass is dirtier than when I went in, interior barely touched, exterior was fair. Not nearly worth the $$ spent.
