Our first experience with Bill owner of Victor Auto Group back in September was GREAT and stress free! We were surprised by the inventory & the quality of the vehicles. They looked as good as new and thoroughly inspected. Bill was professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend purchasing from Victor Auto Group if you're looking for a small local dealer in Batavia. Our son loves his '18 Durango RT.

Got a beautiful Mercedes-Benz 2011, engine was so clean you can eat off of it lol beautiful car ran smoothly. This place really knows how take care of there cars, Phil was really well informed in his knowledge on all cars and was professional speaking with him, was a the nicest quickest and smoothest buy I ever had, would definitely tell my friends and family if they want to buy a used car to come here as I feel it’s trusted compared to other companies, website was easy to navigate and that’s how I found this gem and checked the car out no issues whatsoever

THIS WAS THE EASIEST BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!
After going to several other dealerships in search for a 1st car for my 16 year old we kept leaving feeling like we are going to be taken advantage of.
Bill (at Victor Auto Group) was very comfortable to work with. He did not give us that pressuring feeling we have gotten before at other dealerships. Any sort of negotiation was only handled by him and there wasn’t that “let me get my manager” game.
We had such a good experience we are having Bill search for yet another vehicle for us.

Found a Jeep I liked here but it sold before I could come see it. Bill went out of his way to find a similar model with even better options. Price was competitive, trade-in value was very fair, and Bill was great to work with. Overall a great experience.

The best car purchase I've ever experienced. I can't stand pushy salesmen and dread making any kind of large purchase. Bill was the exact opposite of your stereotypical used car salesman. Super genuine and friendly, not pushy, and efficient. When I say efficient, I'm referring to the fastest in the door / out the door with a vehicle time I've had vs other dealers as well. I have a high school sophomore I'm going to need to purchase a car for soon and will be visiting Victor Auto Group again. Thanks Bill!
