I live closer to this location but ive since started travelling to the supercenter in aurora instead. I understand there's a lot of theft and people who try to pull stunts..but their self checkout machines don't always want to read cards and I felt like I was being unfairly accused of trying to use someone else's card against their will, when it was in fact the debit card of a family member who cannot shop for himself that needed a hand.
Poor customer service.

Rude staff at self checkout. I had to take something out of my purchases due to the wrong items being in the middle of the stacks in store. Then I was told to wait for an employee to come by, and was not able to scan the rest of my items yet. Totally fine. Both the check out employees were standing around talking, so I waited. I work retail so I didn’t say anything or make a face. One of them comes over after a few minutes and immediately takes a hostile tone. She tells me she took it off my transaction already, I guess within the last five seconds of my wait, and that I should hurry up and scan my items because she needs to leave. I let her know that I am not able to scan items while waiting for her to come over. Then she tells me to scan the item that was just removed, and I let her know I again did not want it, that’s why I took it off. I dropped my card and she asked me, as I was bent down, if I would be getting that. As if I had been asking her to. She asked me if I had scanned my alcohol yet and I again told her no, as I had not been able to scan anything while waiting for her. I guess she thought I was trying to steal the single $3 frozen pizza I took off my transaction so she was treating me like a thief. If you’re that impatient for me to leave then don’t make me wait around.

I shopped at this Walmart yesterday and me and my fiance (black couple) was profiled at self check out by one of the employees. I felt very disrespected and uncomfortable as she stood and watched us scan our items. She didn't watch nobody but us the whole time. I requested a manager and reported the incident. I feel like we we're racially profiled and I am disgusted by her actions.

I love getting my groceries delivered by Walmart. They do a great job of picking the produce and my items are always there

Mr Walmart, enough is enough, things are happening to me very frequently and enough is enough in none of the stores in Batavia, Naperville, and Aurora, no staff knows what they sell there and that it is bought online since Friday, they charge me from here to there and from there to here I could not buy anything (a laptop, a phone and a car play) today being Saturday afternoon and on their online page they canceled my orders and from today I decided not to go to their stores in general anymore and delete their application which does not help in nothing (they are of no use) what a shame they are falling so low.

This location used to be the nicest locations out of all the Walmarts I have visited. But lately not much stock and the staff isn't that friendly especially the greeters.

3.5 stars. I do my major shopping here. The fruits & vegetables are 2nd best, but mostly good enough. Certainly cheaper than at an only grocery store. They change around the items frequently, which makes it difficult sometimes to find. They carry name brand & off brand goods of a little bit of everything. There are not enough handicap carts, & if you do get one, they run out of juice before you're done shopping. The grocery & pharmacy area, soaps, hair care, etc. is in opposite side of the store with clothes items & other goods packed in between. TVs, car care, toys, etc. are all in the back of the store. It is a clean store; I rate it 3.5 stars.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Very reasonable price. Store very clean and organized. Was able to self check out with no problems. All staff very kind and available for help.
