Went in last night to grab a couple items. The cashier had some serious attitude/anger issues. He was slapping his hands on his legs in frustration when I first walked past him. As I walked to the register to check out, he quickly followed behind. He was muttering obscenities under his breath as he was behind me. While checking out, he was extremely short with me and showed zero professionalism. He made it obvious I was an inconvenience to him. As I was walking out, he started slamming things in frustration. Totally ridiculous.

Clueless staff-make you make multiple trips, inventory not accurate, I got TRIPLE charged for a photo order, the only solution to correct it was to come back to have them scan the receipt to give the credit. So they tried to fix it on their end as I wasn't coming back-the online order (already picked up) was then canceled and doing this charged my card the third time. Ridiculous. Stay far far away. The have no idea how to do anything.

I would give them a zero star if they would let me, I went in to purchase a shower chair that the website said was in stock at this location, No bath chair, I found the bath bench that was marked $47.99 I had $20.00 in rewards that I could use so I purchased it along with 3 other items, I didn't realize until on way home that it rang up for $51.99, So I went back in & Said it rang up wrong price, The cashier called someone to the front & He said refund me the difference, But because I used $20.00 rewards the $4.32 difference needs to be put on a store credit, I said I was just in here not even 5 minutes ago & I put it on my credit card, He wouldn't credit my credit card, I am sorry but this is B.S., I said every time I come in here something doesn't ring up right, The Natures Bounty Cinnamon is BOGO, It's on their web page as BOGO, But rings up regular price so now I have take a picture of this to show cashier that it's BOGO to get sale price, I don't have this problem at the Fabian Walgreens only this store, So I would advise all shoppers at this location CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS, Someone here is not doing their job right....!!!!

The pharmacy at this location has terrible customer service. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to pick up a prescription that was ordered over the phone. The female pharmacist that I finally got to speak with was cold and condescending to me the entire time. She asked me for my prescription insurance card so I pulled it up on my wallet on my IPhone. She rolled her eyes at me and said she cannot process that. I then went fumbe through my actual wallet and ended finally finding my physical insurance card. She took it and told me she needed to call and confirm that it was my insurance. She acted very distrusting towards me. I took a seat and patiently waited. She never called me up or followed through. Finally, after several times of me asking, another gentleman helped me finish picking up my order. It seemed as though this entire ordeal could have gone much smoother. The pharmacist was anything but welcoming or helpful. Meanwhile, my sick two year old daughter was waiting at home for the medicine to help her feel better. I did not feel like a welcomed neighbor at a place that prides themselves on being a local neighborhood store. Our family will choose to drive to a further location for our prescriptions in the future. I would recommend looking to replace this pharmacist if I were Walgreens management.

This is a bummer to say at my local Walgreens but the pharmacy customer service is not great and unfriendly. I would go somewhere else.
