Pick up service is great. That's reason for a 3 star is because their automated service is a waste of time. I tried for over an hour to talk to a real person and couldn't get connected.

I am not sure what is worse their hidden tax prices or the crabby woman in the morning, wait the very worst is the extremely pissed off end loader driver. Here is some advise
