Pick up service is great. That's reason for a 3 star is because their automated service is a waste of time. I tried for over an hour to talk to a real person and couldn't get connected.

My bill was just increased by %30 over last year. A competitor just quoted me 1/4 of the price for the same service.Follow up. I emailed the company as requested in their reply. One week later and they still haven’t responded. I have since canceled my service with them. Not surprised by the terrible service.

Be prepared to pay for trash that's isn't even yours. I used WM for my restaurant and I would continue to get charged $150 for overages. When I called and told WM the dumpster the driver was taking pictures of wasn't even mine because I have a lock bar on my dumpster they would remove the charges, but if I was not careful or I let it slip through the cracks I would be out $150 and for small business these days $150 is a lot! Trust me go with another company and save yourself the stress.Service: Junk removal

I wasn't going to do this but I feel like I must for the greater good. I recently visited waste management's transfer station in Batavia and was absolutely shocked by the disgusting quantity of thier porter potty. I do not recommend stopping here to relieve your self. This place also needs to be cleaned, its a complete and utter dump..Service: Hazardous waste removal & disposal
