They will lie and say they do tune up check ups on vehicles sales and was told a lie and said they do as when I checked none of my fluids were replaced and gave me a hassle to try and fix the issue with rude customer service

I've brought my vehicles here for over 5 years now. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Operated by kind and hard workers. They Always let me know what the problem is with the vehicle and how much the cost would be, before they start working on it. Even living in wisconsin now, I refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else for service. Good mechanics are hard to come by now a days, but I certainly found mine!

Bad service, I went back at least 3 times to fix the problem in my car and they make you pay more than the agreed estimate, and they put used parts instead of new ones???

Recently got a good deal on a used Chrysler PT Cruiser here, and was pleased how well the manager & mechanics treated us. They went over everything about it in detail, and made us feel confident we had made right choice. So far so good with the car too!!!

We looked closely at the vehicles on this lot, based on recommendations. I have a lot of experience with cars, but I'm no mechanic. The recommendation turned out to be a poor one. The family is polite, but the mechanic husband appears to be selling vehicles on the promise that he will "work with" the buyer to get any needed issues fixed. What this means is that he's putting cars out for sale with unfixed problems in order to sell his services as a mechanic after! A family member purchased a vehicle that seemed to need a little work, but after a few weeks it became evident the need was more extensive than first appeared. Beware, you will be on the hook for those costs. How do I know? Because the day after my relative purchased, the trade-in - which was not drivable and had to be towed - was out on the lot marked for sale for more than what the purchased replacement vehicle cost! I'll never consider them, nor will I recommend...not when there are more trustworthy businesses to be found.

We purchased a car cash. We test drove it and everything seemed fine.. as soon as we brought it home there was screeching noises coming from the back. Now we have to get a mechanic (obviously not them) to take a look at it and fix it. :( pretty sad case. Will never buy another car from this place. If you do, make sure you take a mechanic with you to inspect it. Sounds like it’s going to be a pricey fix…

Buyer beware! The manager unexperience in the law towing stole from my car (have receipts from GPD )management not educated when it comes to repossession laws in Illinois! Buyer Beware what's covered under warranty they had charged me perhaps if I was a man and NOT a woman of color!
