Good news, bad news!!!.....Bad news is, I needed a tow yesterday (8-26-23). Good news is, Rivera's Towing was the perfect company I chose to call and use. My car went out on me in Bristol, WI on RT 45. Called Rivera's Towing and the lady on the phone was very helpful, friendly and took care of securing a tow for me right away. The driver was there for my car in 45 minutes. He put the car on the flatbed quickly, securely and we were on our way. He was able to drop the car in a tricky little spot for me and was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I had a great experience with Rivera's Towing and was very pleased with the service from both the woman on the phone who took the order and from the guy who did the tow. Thank you both for making a bad situation turn out better. Hopefully I'll never need a Tow again but if I do, I'm definitely calling Rivera's Towing!!

After our insurance company could not find a towing company we called Rivera Towing. Mrs. Rivera was amazing and empathetic towards our frustration with our insurance company's inability to find a tow service for us. While they quoted the lengthier time wait - they came much quicker and ensured that not only would our car be towed to the proper place, but that we were safe and that we had a ride home. I would definitely call them again for service.Service: Car towing

Let's face it, we never call a tow truck in a good situation. We're always stressed and wondering how we're going to get home.When my wife's car broke down an hour from home, Rivera's was the closest toe truck in the area. Insurance couldn't get us a truck until the next day, and Rivera's said 45 minutes for a price that was significantly less than the truck that insurance found for us.Less than 45 minutes later they'd arrived and told us they'd meet us at home. They got there with my wife's car 5 minutes after we arrived in mine and helped push it into a parking spot after unloading it. We couldn't have been more thankful for Rivera's Towing at such a stressful time!
