Tax information was dropped off at her house back in April. It is now July and we still haven’t heard back. We have called her more than 20 times but she never answers. We also went to her house/office multiple times and it looks abandoned. She completely ghosted us and a member of my family wasn’t able to file his taxes because she didn’t do it on time. Dejamos nuestros documentos en su casa en abril, Ahora es julio y todavía no hemos recibido respuesta. La hemos llamado más de 20 veces pero nunca contesta. En una ocasión su asistente nos dijo que nos regresaría la llamada pero nunca lo hizo. También fuimos a su casa/oficina varias veces y parece estar abandonada. Ella nos ha ignorado por completo y un miembro de mi familia no pudo entregar sus taxes porque no lo hizo a tiempo.
