I went to autozone in beardstown and they were very busy. An employee named Joe had just clocked out, but still took time to help me find what I needed. He was very polite.

Ordered some parts for my truck from here call back the next day the next day the third day I asked him well did anybody even order them they didn't know they offered to order them again and I declined obviously there's some pathetic human beings working at the store I wouldn't recommend this play to anyone pathetic

Came to Beardstown Autozone and store manager Scott Hammack changed my battery out for me on a 2018 jeep very hard to get to under the seat appreciate him and his staffs service

I came into the Beardstown IL store needing low beams for my Toyota 4 runner and Scott Hammock helped me insall them and make sure they fit. He was polite and very helpful, he was great!

Well I'm in need of parts for my vehicle & when I call the Beardstown location, and speak with the gentleman who answered my call, (I'm not mechanic) but I assumed that when I call the auto parts store they would be able to explain the part(s) I would need to fix my problem but the gentleman tokd me he couldn't help e out cause he doesn't know what i was talking about cause he just startef working at this location so obviously he shouldn't be working at a auto parts dealership if he dosent qualify for the job!

This is by far the best AutoZone I've ever been to. Staff is very helpful and kind. The store manager Scott has been given me nothing but the utmost respect I'm not even afraid to send my wife in cause he is so thorough when we buy parts for our vehicle. Scott and some other staff whilst not fluent in other languages. They try their best to use as much of the customers native language they know and it warms my heart how much they value all of humanity. If only every store had management and staff like that. I only wish they would update the store to a modern glory. Like new shelving, new counter and the parking lot could use painted and some curve appeal. Just to make the store feel as fresh as the staff.

I called TWICE. Spoke to TWO different associates. Both assured me that they had the parts I needed, in stock. I asked for these items to be placed on hold, as I was 20 miles away. When i got there, they had 4 of the 6 spark plugs that I needed, in stock.
