We have been using H&R Block for multiple years. Our regular lady retired so we were sent to the Beardstown, IL office. We dropped them off back in March sometime and they didn't get finished in time so we had to file an extension and they are still not done. All that had to be done was plug in the numbers into the computer, I had everything already figured up for her. Now, the lady is going on vacation and we may have to file another extension. I will never in my life go here again
