We have bought multiple vehicles from Team Knipmeyer. The last couple we have purchased from Steve. It is always a great experience. He is polite, friendly, down to earth and not pushy at all. Very professional. Nikki took time to show us features on our new vehicle and explained the process as we went along. We will definitely be back to see them when we’re ready for our next purchase. Recommend if you are looking for a good price on a used SUV.

We recently purchased an F-150 and worked with Nikki during the process. She made the entire experience seamless and stress-free! Nikki was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. She had everything ready for us, and we were in and out faster than we expected. It's clear she values her customers time and ensures they get exactly what they need. Highly recommend working with Nikki if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

Paid $700 for AC condenser repair. By next summer, no cold air. Took it to a different shop—confirmed condenser is leaking again. Knipmeyer refused to offer any help or goodwill despite documented failure of the part they installed. Disappointed in the lack of accountability. Don't recommend.

It’s not a totally bad dealership. But I bought my fusion here in 24’ and one of the headlights was out upon purchasing (didn’t notice since it was daylight lol.) they fixed it free of charge thankfully. But then I also had a shock out as well as calipers. And for paying 14,981 for a car you would hope that it was mechanically sound even though I guess it is “as is.” They wouldn’t fix those as they weren’t under warranty. I had had the car for maybe a few weeks maybe even less than that. I paid for it myself not a big deal. Anyway I went back to see about purchasing another car just to kinda give the benefit of the doubt but the salesperson this time wasn’t necessarily rude but wasn’t very welcoming either. I think I had Steve when I originally bought my first car from them and he was great and very accommodating. I will say if I ever do purchase another car from them I will have another mechanic check it out beforehand. I guess I was naive the first time when purchasing (young teenage girl.) I also went to see about trade in value for that same car I bought last year and they offered me a lot less than I had hoped. No biggie I had another dealership give me exactly what I wanted for the fusion. I know cars depreciate but this was a very low ball. I am also editing to add like 2-3 weeks after they fixed that headlight bulb (my headlights have 3 lights I guess it’s not the main lights but fog lights is how you would say) it burned out again.

Nikki and the team at Team Knipmeyer were great. We live out of town and they stayed late so we could come close on a deal. We also got all the paperwork done ahead of time so we were in and out very quick. The customer service is outstanding and at no time did I ever feel pressured into anything. I've purchased at other dealers in Quincy before and left with a bad feeling, I can happily say this was the opposite feeling here at Team Knipmeyer. Great service. Friendly people. Highly recommended.

Their sign says Oil Changes $29.95, but mine was $73. I was told because my synthetic oil is more expensive. Funny, I left there and had to go to AutoZone. Surprise, Surprise Valvoline 5-20 synthetic oil & a filter for $29.95. Needless to say I'm not a happy camper over this.
