0/10 recommend this company for multiple reasons. One of the main reasons for my review is a returned check from this employer that came with a fee that Jill Garcia is refusing to pay. They tried to cancel the check due to “damages” they say were caused. But, upon speaking with my bank, the check wouldn’t have cleared either way. The second reason for my review comes from Rooter’s Asphalt being a local union contractor who chooses to not follow union labor laws, local contracts, or the proper scope of practice from their employees. My third reason for the review comes from the way management, specifically John Garcia and Paul Tegankamp, treat contract workers and their family members. I remember Paul clearly saying, “My husband needs help,” despite whether it’s true or not; it’s not the place of an employer to state. My final reason for writing this review stems solely from the fact that everyone should know who they’re dealing with when it comes to their businesses. Thank you for taking the time to read. The best way I believe to become aware of a company is through its employees!
