About Concentra Urgent Care
Concentra Urgent Care provides great service from front staff to nurses and doctors. Patients receive kind and professional courtesy with friendly and organized staff. The process is smooth and the service is warm with big smiles. Visits are good, taking about an hour or 45 minutes, and everyone answered questions and concerns. The staff are knowledgeable, reassuring and graceful, guiding each test with ease. The office and nursing workers have excellent attitudes, a stressful medical visit is very stressful. Many recommend Concentra to truck drivers and friends for DOT medical renewal and other physicals.

Nurses, they were great, this location made my visit a way better experience from the other clinics I have been. For my yearly physical going straight back at this location. The lovely ladies are keeper's, hope to see them next year.

I would like to say how excellent the service was during my visit getting me in as soon as possible and out thank you very much for your service. I will continue to use Concentra at the Bedford Park location. Don’t change the employees they’re great
