Leon and James are most professional and kindest managers since I opened my unit in 2023. The unit was ideal size and location since I moved and downsized my stuff from Bridgeview, plus it's so accessible to Midway if I need it. They are super responsive and accommodating and make everything a breeze to answer your questions- so helpful! They actually pick up the phone and are on site unlike other places where I have to wait and chase a human being!
