Janet was awesome to deal with. I had an issue with 2 rear calipers. She was honest and up front that there was a delay with calipers. She stayed in touch and kept me updated on the shipping schedule. Once they came in She shipped and sent a tracking number. I wish all customer service could be like that.

Power stop does not honor their rebates by issuing bad checks, very disappointing. Will no longer use power stop products and I will suggest the same to all my friends and family.

My first purchase of Power stop products was for an Infiniti Q50 sport front drilled and slotted discs and pads. Excellent performance and priced competitively. Second purchase for a 2020 F150 front and rear discs extreme performance. Improved braking and brakes do not fade when towing or heavy braking. On the truck now for over almost 2 months and no surface rust at all! I am extremely pleased with the product!!! Hands down

I really cannot say enough great things about my experience. This was my first time working with Power Stop, during post install I had a hiccup and so I reached out to explain my concerns. I was blown away by the customer service and speed in which my concerns were addressed and resolved. As for the install, it went flawlessly and the product is superior, so I know I made the right choice to use Power Stop and now I'm beyond impressed and will recommend this company to anyone looking for a superior aftermarket braking system. I have purchased many sets of brakes and rotors from Power Stop and have been very satisfied with their products. They way out perform the brands I used to buy at local parts stores. The last set I bought through Amazon was supposed to come with the springs and hardway, but they were not in the box. I called Karina Corona on Monday morning and she said she would take care of it. Totally shocked to get the springs and hardware the next day! In my opinion, the products and the Customer Support from this company are second to none. They are the only company I will buy brakes from.

Recently ordered a z36 kit from amazon and had a bad experience receiving the incomplete kit twice contacted power stop and spoke with Karina corona, she shipped me a brand new kit with no hesitation. She made sure to answer all my questions and seemed very knowledgable about the product and even helped me purchase a few more kits online since I’m not very tech-savvy. Glad to hear there are companies like power stop that stand behind their product. The overall experience was amazing and I look forward to my new brakes! Will be sure to recommend this company to family and friends . 10/10

The PowerStop Z36 Extreme brake pads and drilled/slotted rotors are performing great and fit flawlessly on my Silverado and my wife's Mustang GT. The Evolution series rotors and pads were a great upgrade to our Malibu as well. Highly recommended!!

Someone apparently pulled a fast one on PowerStop by returning a brake pad and rotor order after removing some parts. The order had been carefully resealed and I received it as though it was all intact. I called Karina at customer service and explained the issue. She didn’t question my story or honesty and immediately fast-tracked a new order to me. And….she actually apologised for the problem with my first order and thanked me for being a customer!!! The best customer service I’ve had in ages!!! The new brake pads and rotors fit perfectly. I would give Karina and PowerStop more stars if I could!!!

I purchased a brake kit and calipers, I had an issue with one of the calipers leaking. I called Powerstop and told them about this and they promptly sent a replacement. The brakes are awesome! I can't say enough good about the customer service, you just don't see that very often these days.
