This was my first time stepping into a storage facility and the young woman by the name of Letty provided me with excellent customer service and provided me with responses and information to all of my questions. ABOVE SATISFIED.Ms.Leticia was very polite and answered every question I had in concerns of a unit! I was really amazed at how clean the property was inside AND on the outside. I am DEFINITELY going to be referring this location to friends and family.

Public Storage located at 7000 S. Cicero Ave in Bedford Park is doing customer service right. I called in with a concern about my unit and Aida met me with nothing but kindness and professionalism. She went to work on how to make my experience better and I just love that. Customer service is huge for me. Thank you, Aida!!!
