Once again this post office has lost my package. My package has been there for 3 days, no update no call no date for delivery. Just awful

Like everyone else, my package has been sitting in Bedford for 14 days. People there don't answer the phone. I filed a missing package with USPS a few days ago, and that seems to be going nowhere too. I will be shocked if I ever get this package. I wish all retailers would use UPS or Fedex only!
