Literally every time a package goes through this facility. It either ends up lost or late.
The package can be going smoothly/even early sometimes, but as soon as it updates that it’s in Bedford Park Illinois it just sits there until it’s delayed or disappears.
What is their issue?

Customer service is bad .. African American ladies in front need to be more polite.

Associate is the Hindu lady .
Managers re train the aggressive associates .

god awful. it seems like they open my packages, play with the contents, lose my package, and then get it out for delivery
