I have been coming here for a least 2 years and also started bringing my 83 year old mom with me but today I had a young lady come in to clean and pulled the lint out of the dryer right in front of my moms face dust flew all over our clothes that were being folded and in her face now every time I come here I am the first to pick up a broom but she saw what was happening and didn’t even offer an apology I know you have cameras and would ask that you verify my statement last time for me though

I’ve been here once before and knew I didn’t like it but couldn’t remember why.
I spent $17.25 to wash and dry a couple of loads. My loads were too big for the majority of their small machines, however there are 4 larger capacity machines in the side room. Because there is a ‘fill line’ marked at the halfway point (with threat of failure to drain) on all these larger machines, I ended up using two where anywhere else I would have used one. The price was $7.50 each. Then the dryers are $0.25/5 minutes. Even on high, and divided into four dryers, I left with many of my clothes still damp.
I live in Grant Park but work in Kankakee and usually use Smart Wash. I would have paid much less there.
The facility in Beecher was clean with working coin machine, but I’ve never seen anyone mark front-loaders with a line and I’ve always loosely filled them elsewhere without issue. I feel these marks were put on to ensure double the amount is spent.

Definitely has gone downhill since it was sold. Not as clean as it used to be, out of order signs on several dryers, most washers smell awful. Its currently 82 degrees inside so obviously the AC is not working right and, fans don't work either. Ppl are talking about the unconfortableness inside the facility

Cleanest, most operational laundromat I’ve ever seen. Engaged, hands-on owner. Clean, styled bathroom. No-cost coin changer. Several machine sizes & hot dryers. Sure,you’ll see the occasional ‘out of order’’ sign on something, cause stuff breaks. And then they fix it. Would recommend.

On a Sunday no wait which I was surprised. Very clean laundromat and very appealing. Plenty of carts to use. I usually go to St John but on Sundays it gets crowded because there is limited space. This place is big enough not to bump in to people.
