Customers should be aware that just because they use the drive-thru, it doesn't mean they will be served first, as people in the store may have been there earlier. Despite being short-staffed like many other businesses, the staff was professional and helpful when a customer went to get their COVID-19 booster shot, fitting them in right away.
You can NO longer call the pharmacy and speak to anyone. You have to leave a number and they will call you back in an hour or so. If you are on your lunch hour- you will just be wasting precious time.

Worst pharmacy in IL. Very ignorant staff. The manager Tonya or Toonya whatever her name is very rude, ignorant and I am shocked she has a job let alone one working with the public, called and talked to her about a complaint and she hung up. She obviously does not have the capacity to be a manager.

It's not really a store issue but an app online to store issues. The front counter people are very kind the pharmacy not so much.
