You can NO longer call the pharmacy and speak to anyone. You have to leave a number and they will call you back in an hour or so. If you are on your lunch hour- you will just be wasting precious time.

Incompetence at its best did not have my prescription in stock I asked if other locations did they checked the computer and told me another location did they forwarded my prescription to the other location told me it would be ready bye time I arrived when I arrived they failed to send the information also item not in stock you can't speak to a live representative bye phone anymore leave a message CVS is a joke bring back Docs family owned business not ran bye corporate idiots out of touch with reality that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Worst pharmacy in IL. Very ignorant staff. The manager Tonya or Toonya whatever her name is very rude, ignorant and I am shocked she has a job let alone one working with the public, called and talked to her about a complaint and she hung up. She obviously does not have the capacity to be a manager.

It's not really a store issue but an app online to store issues. The front counter people are very kind the pharmacy not so much.

The recording service is horrible. It will not connect you with the pharmacist, you need to leave a recorded message and wait for them to call you back….. Not a huge fan, especially when you just need to ask a simple question….. PLEASE FIX THIS SITUATION

when getting my passport photo taken, they made me change my top four times when the post office never had an issue with my original top. the lady up front then proceeded to say “i want you to cover some skin” when i was wearing a normal grey t-shirt. incredibly rude and need an attitude change. should not be working in costumer service if you are going to be rude.

Staff is not fully trained, hours are changed or store is closed without notice. Just a bit taped on the door.Everyone working there is clueless and get snippy at times.
