I believe If anyone leaves this post office a bad review, its only because the person that's leaving it is having a bad day. Also, to the review below…every single time I have taken a package there I have had zero issues. Use pirate ship, print your label, tape everything up at home, and bring it in. I can assure you that you will have no issues if you do it the right way. You cannot expect them to do all of the work when they are there to scan and mail it, not package it.”
“Our postal carrier, Sonja, deserves the very highest marks possible. She is excellent at delivering our mail and has a customer service attitude and focus that is noteworthy. We are impressed by her willingness to go out of her way and to pay attention to details. The only other carrier to even come close is Lola. Both of these ladies exemplify character and impeccable concern for the needs of their customers. It’s not their words but their actions that make them outstanding. In comparison to other post offices in the Chicago area, where service can be subpar, the staff in Beecher consistently treat their customers with dignity and respect. The three main staff members not only know your name, but also your family, and engage in friendly conversations with you during each visit. Beecher residents are truly lucky to have such a warm and welcoming post office.”
