“We are incredibly fortunate to have the staff at our local post office in Beecher, Illinois. In comparison to other post offices in the Chicago area, where service can be subpar, the staff in Beecher consistently treat their customers with dignity and respect. The three main staff members not only know your name, but also your family, and engage in friendly conversations with you during each visit. Beecher residents are truly lucky to have such a warm and welcoming post office.”

“This is a Retail Only location, not a full post office. I was told to go to the Park Forest location for more services. Check the additional info here or the website for more info.”

“Elizabeth was so amazing and helpful. After Crete Post Office turned us away- she was so willing to help us with our passport. She was so kind- and we will definitely use Steger Post Office more!”

“Window Clerk Deborah is always so nice and helpful. She even held off on her break as she wanted to finish our transaction, even though I had stepped away to fill out the mailer label. I think the Monee Post Office is lucky to have her!”

“The workers there are always very kind and helpful. Thank you for all that you do.

Also, to the review below…every single time I have taken a package there I have had zero issues. Use pirate ship, print your label, tape everything up at home, and bring it in. I can assure you that you will have no issues if you do it the right way. You cannot expect them to do all of the work when they are there to scan and mail it, not package it.”

“We are so fortunate to have this Post Office staff in our community! Our carrier Sue is phenomenal. I think our dogs like her more than us. The deliveries are on time, and we often get a call to make sure a delivery that is time sensitive was made from the local Postmaster. If I could rate them higher than Google's five stars, I would.”

“Doing the best you can do being short staffed. I am really glad that I was able to get things dropped off. Thanks for not walking on my grass too. I had to write a letter to the postmaster and it went into effect.”
