If I could give 10 stars, I would. Adam installed some outdoor speakers on our rooftop deck this summer as well as installed a new Nest thermostat, and I cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience. Adam and his partner were punctual, thorough, friendly, and really went above any beyond (e.g. - they proactively replaced our outdoor outlet cover, which apparently wasn't to code) to provide us with the best customer service. Adam was also extremely responsive to all of our communications, and he even came back for a follow-up visit when we were having some issues with our WiFi network connectivity. He of course solved our problem, and he didn't charge us a dime to do so. We cannot stress enough that this was a grade-A, 100% wonderful and reasonably priced experience from start to finish, and we're just sorry we didn't write this review sooner, because Adam deserves it.
