I have not had any problems with the unit we rented, the staff, or making payments. Everything has been very smooth from the start. I like the access to the unit, the area was large enough for the truck that moved our stuff. I would recommend Advantage Self Storage to anyone.

The staff is very nice at the centreville ave belleville,IL location. They were very informative especially Colleen. She allowed me to look at the units and make my decision it was no pressure and she even suggested another location according to my needs however I felt everything will be safe there. I also may have over heard another situation where both staff(Mike) and Colleen both took care of another customer who had a slight mishap and they were very helpful took initiative to ensure the customer was taken care of. I love them and recommend anyone. And oh , the prices were good as well. I say if you need storage go there ! Thank you Advantage self storage.
