Robin was extremely helpful, friendly and made the experience very nice. I couldn't thank her enough for her all her help to my questions and even recovering some passwords I forgot. Upon entering the store she greeted me with a smile; was very kind and helped me right away.

I called in to set up DirectTV and Internet Air for my elderly father
Ryan took my call, walked us through it step by step, explained it where even my dad knew what went into it, and it took maybe 20-30 minutes at most
Honestly, in the past, talking to phone or internet stores has been awful, but this worked out great and he helped us get everything set with no problems.
If you ever need help at this location, be sure to speak to Ryan!

It took store 6.5 hours to upgrade phones. Then they still didn’t work properly. We were misrepresented with answers to our questions. The Bill is completely screwed up now. AT&T states it will take several billing cycles to correct.

Very LOUSY service with incompetent people with bad attitudes. Seems to be an organization with the Mission Statement of Steal at Will. I guess if grifting from the Oval Office is acceptable it MUST be ok on the corporate level. If possible I would give A NEGATIVE two stars..

The sales person and manager took their time to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and that all my equipment was working properly before I left. Very friendly relax environment while still getting everything done love it. And the party box speaker i picked up is superb. Best speaker I own!!
