Whoever answered the phone was a lazy, inexperienced, rude know it all. AT&T is a horrible company. I will be taking my business to Verizon once I report AT&T to the Better Business Bureau, my congressman, and write the CEO.

Impossible to talk to a real person phone menu takes you back to main menu once it says itll connect you to someone. They took advantage of my elderly father and was charging him 4x the amount they should have for a prepaid account. At&t is horrible and unethical

Went to the Belleville crossing store twice in a couple days to resolve major issues on my account. Spoke with Rachel, was fantastic. She took her time with me for over an hour each visit writing things down and explaining account to me. I appreciate her patience....

Kevin and Carte were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products. Helped us with our purchases and set our new phones up for us. After a week of going to other stores and being told we had to wait 2 weeks, we walked in and out with what we wanted effortlessly. I would recommend to everyone to see these guys for your att purchases

I took my elderly aunt in to get her first mobile phone. Our representative, Robin, was kind and patient as we worked through the process and made sure she understood the payments and what to look for in future payments.

Asked to talk to Manager about issues I was having. She refused to talk to me. When I asked her name she said “that isn’t any of your concern”. ATT should be embarrassed by her actions as a manager.

Was great call main service center for how to fix my phone after going to 2 other att stores they said they fixed it but didn't so I'd like to give a special thank you to the gentleman who works at the att store O'Fallon Illinois.
