I love the Auffenberg Ford South (Belleville) service department. They are fast friendly and efficient. I use to go to the dealership in O’Fallon but their service department does not compare.

Great experience at Auffenberg. I had to get a car that day and I had to bring my 4-year-old with me unexpectedly. Everyone knows the car buying process is not a fast one. We came directly after work and my son had not had dinner. They overhead us talking about how hungry we were, and they offered to buy us dinner and went to pick it up for us while we waited for the paperwork to be completed. Thank you!

Never called back when they sold a vehicle to another person that I was in talks about buying. When they discovered I knew about the 4000 dollar tax credit the gov gives on plug in hybrids they ghosted me and sold it to another person.

Worst experience ever very disrespectful they are great when selling a vehicle but once you have a problem and want paper work they get ignorant I have messages saying things were done and passed inspection that actually weren’t done and that could have never passed inspection if truly done would never recommend

Had a wonderful experience at Auffenberg working with Devon Few. The selection had just what I was looking for and the staff was incredible. Devon went above and beyond any service I’ve ever had, including taking me to a sister Mazda location to check a similar vehicle to the one I was shopping with him. I couldn’t have asked for more. This is how everyone should be treated when they are shopping for a car. Friendly people and incredible prices.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Auffenberg Ford Belleville within the past five years. The process was excellent starting with the salesperson, finance manager and general managers. The professionalism and great attitude was displayed throughout the entire process. They made this purchase easy.
