I was asked to share so here we go! I got my car end of Aug early Sept. By October 1 it’s making noise. I scheduled a service appointment and the day of the appointment I was told I had to ask the sales department if they would pay. Wasn’t sure if I was still under my 30day limited warranty (They should have said that when I made the appointment and explained the situation). I get to the appointment I’m surprised by the charge I wasn’t expecting. I was frustrated on the verge of tears & treated like an animal by the sales manager. Forced to apologize multiple times before he agreed to help me. He finally agreed to help & Pay ONLY for the diagnostic. (Which was all I wanted if only he had asked). So I wait from 9:30am-2:30pm for my car. NOBODY ever comes to get me even though I let them know I was staying in the lobby. No response to the courtesy text NOTHING. I FINALLY just go ask about my car and are handed to keys. The noise is fixed but no diagnostic, no paperwork no nothing!! I just sat for 5 hours for nothing? I left I PROMISE I won’t shop for another car with them & I suggest you don’t either!!

I recently bought a Ford Maverick at Auffenberg Ford Belleville. These vehicles are very hard to get and the order banks were only open for one week and the production for 2023 was sold out. I let Sly, the Sales Manager know how much I appreciated him getting my order in. Same with the service department, their efforts in supporting my vehicle have been greatly appreciated.

Service was fine, but I did not appreciate being charged extra for using a credit card. I spent nearly $40,000 on this truck new and really was shocked to see a "pay share amount" on my bill. If Auffenberg is so desperate for cash, at least hide the merchant card fee in your labor or parts charges. I recently serviced my car at Subaru, and they did not charge extra for credit cards. Neither does the grocery store or other retailers.

My experience was bittersweet, upon arrival my wife and I were greeted by the finance manager, who in fact was extremely professional and knowledgeable as he was the last person we dealt with there. He had a warm greeting…When a car salesman finally got to us we made it clear we were SERIOUS BUYERS, and had a SPECIFIC vehicle in mind. Test drove the 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe with a young man who recently began working at the dealership, he was very courteous and professional, upon arrival back to the dealership we already knew this vehicle was ours. We again informed the dealership that we were SERIOUS BUYERS and wanted to proceed, that’s when we were given a second salesman who began the process, the dealership did not want to make us happy with ANY negotiation of price, PERIOD, I guess that is a thing of the past? Not even $500 off the asking price, but wanted to add on an additional $995 paint protection coating and interior sealer? NOT! I guess since we informed them we’re paying cash and no financing was involved they didn’t want haggle with the price if the vehicle? Nonetheless, we bought the vehicle.If I can say one good thing is they did have a large selection of what appeared to be quality used cars, however don’t expect them to work with you on the price, maybe that was just meant for my wife and I? After all, we did buy outright with cash!…

I was sick and my daughter dropped off the car. I received a text instructing me to use the text to give instructions, which I did. When the car was done much earlier than anticipated, I asked about all the services requested in my text and Travis Johnson was shockingly rude. None of the things I requested (outside of the oil change) were done. I would have to make another appointment for them. Since I was sick, I chose not to argue and just found a solution that got my car back to me. I will find another dealership who wants my business and won't "bother" Auffenberg again with my requests.

Sir/Madam,I bought a car from you last Friday (09-08-2023) and unfortunately it was a bad experience, since your payment clerk "ordered" me to go to his office as if I were someone he can treat with disrespect, and secondly, I picked up the car and drove 11 miles, and the engine overheated, What I was told is that the car would have been serviced, so I was without the car over the weekend and also no prediction of when it will be ready.I need the car to take my son to school, so what do I do now?I hope you can improve, as I chose your store because of the Ford brand.

PLEASE NOTE: This dealer has a sign prominently posted offering free oil changes for five star reviews. This compromises review quality, in my opinion. Take any reviews here with a grain of salt. I dropped off my vehicle off at 8am for recall work, was told it would be done by 2pm, and they would call me. Kevin tried to get me to get my rear differential fluid done also (at the cost of ($289) though it wasn't even on the maintenance schedule. I told him no.2pm came and went, and no call. I called them at 2:40 and left a message with a tech, despite having to use a different extension because the "voicemail was full" for the service status mailbox. I did not receive a callback. I finally went down to the shop 1.5 hours after my vehicle was promised to be done, and was finally told they had to order parts for the recall repair, and that it wouldn't be done until the following day. They never bothered to call and keep me in the loop on any of it. When I made the appointment., I went into the shop last week IN PERSON and demonstrated the recalled item's non-functionality. The appointment repair was scheduled a week later. They should have ordered the parts at that time, but no. I was requested to leave it overnight and they'd do the repair first thing in the morning. The next day, since the phones still weren't working. I dropped by at 11am, after leaving another message at 9am for a callback. They couldn't even tell me for sure whether the parts had even arrived. Kevin gave me his personal cell number since he said he wasn't aware of any phone issues. I texted him that I needed the truck by 2pm. He stated that they couldn't get it done by then. I said, "we are done here, I am coming to pick up the truck". I told I needed a shuttle to get the truck now, and he told me they were "on lunch". Rather than wait, I rode my bicycle the five minutes to the shop to get the truck, where I was told "it's all apart, and it's going to be at least ten minutes while they reassemble it". Three minutes later, he pulled it into the bay. While I was waiting for the truck, another customer and I struck up a conversation about the issues he was having with them overcharging his warranty and trying to upsell him on things not needed (see differential above). So it's not just me.I will not be returning to this dealership. I would rather drive 30 minutes to the next closest dealership than patronize these people again. They will not be getting a fake five star review from me. I wouldn't let these people touch my truck again.

Dylan was the sales person and was very helpful and courteous. He made me aware of all the various products Auffenberg offered, ceramic coatings, etc. When I did not have an interest in them, he understood and did not become argumentative. This was not the case with Shawn, the finance person, he was sarcastic and argumentative when I did not have an interest in Auffenburg's maintenance service. Overall, it was a good experience purchasing the automobile from Auffenberg.

I honestly hate car shopping. It’s overwhelming confusing and really frustrating! Once I showed up on one of their lots everyone I talked to went above and beyond to help find a car that suited my needs and my tight budget!!Alexis made the experience not only easy she made it fun as well! When I found out that I would need to put over 2500 on the car I chose at first they already knew I couldn’t afford that and searched for a back up that would suit my parameters more! I was surprised at how fast they all worked together to help me out. I honestly ended up loving this car more than the first!Thank you everyone who helped my wife and I! Especially Alexis! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Thank you Zack for your great service and care of my dad and me. We were able to get a 2013 Ford Focus and I am loving it. They responded quickly to my message of whether it was still available and when we got there to look at it, we were met with kindness and courtesy. We met Zack who was very nice and gave us a chance to test drive the car. He answered our questions and even the ones he didn't have an answer for he made sure to get it to us once we got back to the dealership. Zack was very nice and very sociable, and we had some great conversations throughout our process. When we got back, Zack was incredible with the finances and the next steps to buy the car. We met Greg who helped with finance and he was very awesome too. They made the financing process easy. Later in the afternoon when I was able to drive home the car, everyone there was very nice and congratulated us. Auffenberg Belleville has some great people who will help you. THEY ARE AWESOME!!! I’ve never had a negative experience at the Auffenberg Belleville Service Center. I’ve seen many different faces at the service counter, and it’s rare that I see the same one twice, but each and every one has always been professional, polite, and honest. I am confident my vehicle is always in good hands there and they won’t pressure me to receive a service I don’t actually need. I trust them, and that is why I continue to repeat service there.

I'm relatively sure I'm not their most annoying customer, but I would bet I'm probably on the list. I recently ordered a new car from the factory at a different dealer that had a bunch of little problems. The original dealer didn't have time for me, but Auffenberg Ford Belleville did.I'm an engineer, so I'm pretty particular (picky) about my vehicles and who fixes them. This service center listened to all of my complaints, offered and completed solutions, and never acted like I was being obnoxious, even though my car technically wasn't their problem.I didn't buy my Ford here, but I'll be buying my next one from them based simply on their service center. Thanks for being awesome.

It is ironic you can email me asking for a survey but can't notify me for my today appointment. I remember my today appointment and maybe they remember to see if there was any manufacturer recall. Other than that the service was fine and friendly.
