I cannot say enough how happy I am that I switched to the Bank of Belleville. We were at our original bank for 26 years, after a buyout things changed and we lost that hometown customer service. Bank of Belleville has turned that around for me and my business. Josh and Ron were fantastic getting everything transferred, JoAnn was wonderful in refinancing my home, and the weekly calls to confirm business debits are a touch you just don't get anywhere else. Last, but certainly not least, the Bank of Belleville team was instrumental in helping us apply and receive of PPP loan in such an uncertain time. The late night and weekend calls/emails to get everything appropriately processed are a small insight to what you get at a hometown bank like this. Thank you, Bank of Belleville! We are so pleased to be with you all.

While not perfect (what business is?) the employees at the bank care about their customers. What sets this bank apart from big name banks is the interactions between customers and employees - this bank is local, and through its practices, it is obvious that the employee's want to see customers meet their financial goals in order to benefit the community as a whole.
