I’ve been using this dry cleaner for several years and really appreciate them. They are always friendly and the service is professional and prompt. This isn’t close to where I live but it’s worth the drive to me.

I dropped off something on a Friday and they promptly had it ready by 2pm the next day! Great service. Take cash though, no Credit Card or Debit Card use here.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. So unprofessional. Took them a week to clean the blanked and pillow cases. Was told to pick up on Friday (no time was specified/anytime). Drove there all the way from Marissa on Friday and told that it is not done and today was not Friday (spoiler-it WAS Friday). Rude, disorganized, and poor value. Would not recommend and suggest using a different dry cleaning service.

We took a down comforter to be cleaned. When we went back for our comforter they tried to tell us it was synthetic, not feather down, and attempted to give an imposter comforter that was not ours. When confronted that this was not our blanket the employee stated that we were wrong, the blanket was ours. It wasn't even the same pattern as our down blanket. Our blanket was a feather down white blanket with white striped pattern. They tried to give us a synthetic white solid/no pattern blanket. We were instructed to call the owner the next day (which we did). The owner also tried to tell us the imposter comforter was ours. Next up, a report to the BBB. If you lost our blanket just admit it and replace it. Stop with the finger pointing. Do no business with this cleaner.

Brite Way Cleaners is a staple for those that appreciate quality work. My cloths are always clean, pressed, and ready when promised. I have taken my cloths there for over twenty years and have never been disappointed.

I love this place they are very nice and sweet they always help me I don't like walking are bus so I bike up there n get my stuff on my bike it's heck of of a lot better than walking I hate walking only if I have to well I'm in my 60s I do dam good for my age but ya can't go wrong here and the owner s are christian. So I tell everyone ya can't go wrong here my clothes are always perfect thank you very much. Brite. Cleaners

this place is a joke! May of 2018 I dropped dropped off my deceased fathers leather jacket for cleaning because it smelled like smoke due to the fact he was a smoker. they sent it twice to st. louis to have it "ozoned" . after about a month and a half I went by there to ask about the coat. The lady told me that my son picked it up. NOPE! she said that the owner was going to review the cameras to see who picked it up. NOPE! After several attempts at contacting the owner ha finally called me and wanted to know what it was worth because they couldn't find it. I sent him an ad that had a coat that resembled my fathers. on Jan 2nd I stopped back in the cleaners and left the same picture with one of the counter ladies. not once did I hear from him. I finally got ahold of the owner on march 21 of 2019 and all he said is that my son picked it up. I asked him if the double ozone cleaning was paid for and he said "no". Soooo you just give back clothes that haven't been paid for? Use caution using this place.

I asked the associate about cleaning and she laughed and simply said "Uh no." My request wasn't exactly a laughable matter. Perhaps a little customer service seminar would help. ??
