These folks have been amazing and, in some instances, life saving for me over the years. They kept me and my touring band on the road for many years, many times on little to no notice. They got us in quick and kept our train rolling. Since then, they have become my “go-to” when I’m in a pinch. Just recently, my personal vehicle needed some immediate assistance to help make it to work. They got me in the very next morning and back on the road that evening. They are staples in auto care for my family, friends and I. They seem to really care about the folks that are loyal to them and they do all they can to give back. Cory is a mastermind and the whole crew there are extremely accommodating. Could not recommend more!! Thank yall for all you do!!!

I'm from Chicago and drove to Belleville for work my car broke down on the drive I called Richland and they were able to help me 1week later they fixed my car with engine swap. Christi was so helpful and kind I can't thank them enough..thanks for Help Richland...

They put the wrong part on my car , 8 months later it caused major damage I was out over $1400, I had to take them to court they promised to pay ,they've drug this out for a year they've never paid me even after a judge granted it to me and they admitted to everything. They are literally ignore me. And The front desk lady , the owner Talk about gas lighting, Tried blaming me For everything over speaker phone When I called the first time to tell them what happened. I just can't believe what kind of human beings these people are, I would never trust them to fix anything.Service: A/C installation & repair

Zero of 5 ⭐This may be the absolute worst shop I've ever been to,Let's start with, I had a mechanic working on my car already due to overheating, but in the middle of nailing the problem he had shoulder surgery, so I brought it here.. the lady at the desk was unprofessional, and kept telling me about her personal life.. I just wanted to speak to the mechanic.. I gave Corey a list of things that was already checked , and asked him to take it from there..Next day, the husband gets a call with a almost 700$ quote so I call to get more info, the lady isn't even at the job sight, still trying to tell me about her personal things she has going on.. I was on a 10 minute break and I didn't have time to hear about why she's answering the BUSINESS phone but not at the BUSINESS so I can find out about my car , she tells me he is saying it's the fan.. I told him when I dropped it off that it wasn't the fan and I told her AGAIN, IT'S NOT THE FAN... No one listened.. they convinced my husband it was the fan.. 700$ later ( 195$ over priced on that job )We get our car and it IS STILL OVERHEATING... BECAUSE SURPRISE SURPRISE, IT ISN'T THE FAN . LIKE I SAID .My husband is on the side of the highway with his car overheating and calls the lady , who again . IS NOT PROFESSIONAL and instead of dealing with the customer they screwed over , tells him since he cursed during their conversation, he can't bring the car back .Stay awayServices: Steering & suspension repair

My first experience with a mechanic in the neighborhood. The car runs great, service didn't take long, and it's a pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful lobby and accommodating front staff.Excellent local service.
