Was a great place to shop. But this store has gotten so expensive for anything that you want. Even the gas is short on mileage per gallon. I refuse to buy gas there anymore. Thanks again bill barber 👍 🙏.

Ordered a pizza waited an hour to be told it's going to be another 30 min. For there pizza prices you can go to Imos.i got a refund and ordered imos. This location has gotten alof worse over the last few months.

The food is always good, most of the employees are great and nice and helpful. However, one newer employee, Damien, is a very depressing and a disappointing addition. He seems to hate even being there, and isn’t welcoming at all. I’m a bubbly and nice person, but he seems to wipe my own smile off my face when I encounter him.

Ordered a breakfast pizza this morning for delivery, with breadsticks and drinks. Drinks and breadsticks arrived but no pizza. Caseys initially told me to talk to doordash, doordash said call caseys. Order was put through Caseys app. Caseys Store manager said they would call doordash to either 1: get me a refund, 2: get a new driver or 3: since I was only a few blocks away, the store manager said she would bring it.
I never received another phone call or text, did not get a pizza, and did not get a refund.

Placed an online order at 6:45 for a 7:30 pick-up on a pizza and some breadsticks as we needed to be somewhere nearby at 8pm. Received the confirmation email that the order would be ready. We showed up at 7:35 and they had not even started the order. They then told us it would be 10 minutes. During this time there was no sense of urgency, we were offered a slushy. Another customer came in asking for their order they had placed 2 hours earlier, and it was never started either. The staff claimed that they wanted to make it "Fresh". At no time was an apology ever made rather than a complaint how one of them was not even supposed to be working that day. Finally when the pizza was done, they had to stumble through getting the box put together (as if it couldn't have been done before hand), then finally 20 minutes after we walked in did we finally have our order. Again the girls only word back seeing how frustrated we were was, "I offered you a slushy". We were now late for our engagement. Keep in mind, they were not busy when we drove up as we were the ONLY ones there at 7:35pm.

They spicy chicken sandwich is wayyyy to salty even the regular chicken sandwich. Seems like that's been with a couple other places like chipotle. I'm good because I'll have high blood

This location is going down hill and fast. The store is dirty. Soda fountain is always out of a flavor, lotto machine is broken, out of 5s and 1s. Just crazy!

DO NOT TRUST the Casey's rewards it's a scam to get people to keep spending money with them. I had $17 in Casey's cash and tried to get a drink and they said it's not going through. And you can only buy certain things. Like I spent the money to accumulate Casey's cash. I should be able to use it for a drink regardless of what it is. The rules state food and drink purchases allowed. I guess only on what they want to push.

Third time I have showed up and told my order cant be made. Stated they tried to call the number to let me know and when I showed him that he didnt and that the number and name he called wasnt mine I was given more excuses. Tried telling me that they dont do refunds at the store level but their email confirmation states it is handled at the store level and is how I had to handle the two previous times. Will be calling back in once the Manager is in and this will be the last time I order. Pizza is always good but accountability and customer service is lacking.
