Very disappointed. Paid $21 and it certainly did not shine! The driver side floor mat was shook out but the carpet still had a lot of dirt. The console was not cleaned.

Today's experience was horrible. The outside of the car was beautiful. They cleaned my mats as requested, but nothing else.

Not a place you want to take your car. They don’t give you full service. You’re better off washing it yourself. You post for Ultimate wash and get a base wash and dry.

Truck wasn’t completely wiped off and left water spots all over vehicle. Things in cup holder and tray thrown on dash and not returned to where they had been.

I'm a mother subscriber. But the cleaning of my car is never a great clean. I love the fact that I have unlimited was. But I have yet to receive complete and satisfactory was and dry. From wheels to windshield. I advised that I'll stop tipping because of the bad and uncompleted washes.

I came here with my mom to get her suv washed and vacuumed. The employees were friendly and the wait time wasn't long. I highly recommend this place!

Very poor service have to constantly tell them areas they missed cleaning inside and outside of your vehicle they gave nasty attitude when I asked if they could lower my windows and clean them the last straw was them breaking my window wiper from a new Mercedes I was upset instead of the owner being understanding to my frustration I was threaten to leave the property or they are calling the police of course I stayed anyway because we needed to figure out the damage to my vehicle in a nutshell I wouldn't recommend I feel one star is still letting them off easy

Left my windows so streaky, I had to go back in myself and clean the inside of my windows again. It’s definitely cheap…and there’s definitely a reason for this. Additionally, they have absolutely terrible traffic management, choosing to have their customers just sit in the middle of a busy road. Honestly, it clogs up the entire road anytime the sun is out, extremely inconvenient business to have in the community. Wish they would figure something out to keep the line off the main road, and not just throw their hands up saying there’s nothing they can do. Also wish they would just move the giant signs they have taking up entire sidewalk, away from the road. It makes that turn incredibly difficult because the signs block so much visibility.

I live near this car wash and have visited it as a customer as well. While the service is quite good, the way customers are directed through the parking lot is not. Cars are constantly lined up onto North Belt West, regularly blocking traffic, risking accidents, and obliterating visibility from the side street for residents who live nearby and are just trying to go about their lives. I had to change my route yet again today (after already doing so repeatedly over the last week, and every time it’s nice out) because of customers blocking the exit onto North Belt West. When it’s busy, it feels like an accident waiting to happen and is stressful and irritating to navigate around. I like this car wash as a car wash, but with the way cars line up into it without regard for oncoming traffic every day the weather is nice seems dangerous and is a recurring inconvenience for people who live nearby (and may also very well be customers, like me).
