If I could give a negative star, I would. We are living in a world where racism is not tolerated. It's disheartening to see so many reviews pointing out racism in your establishment. I hold the managers responsible for allowing ignorant and discriminatory behavior among the staff. If these employees dedicated as much time to their jobs as they do to being racist, things would be better. It's crucial to remove the racist employee because not everyone who experiences this behavior will leave a review."

I would say this is the most racist location/bank I've ever experienced. You walk in and if you're not a Caucasian man or woman , you won't be spoken to , smiled at, or treated decently , they are rude to you, it seems very much like I was unwelcome and they wanted me to take my money elsewhere. Horrible experience, but close in distance. Even the Caucasian customers coming stop and stare you up and down as if they don't see many others come in.I would not recommend service here , left a horrible experience w me , racism is uncalled for and unnecessary , especially in the business setting.

Used ATM. Great feature they have now is the ability to choose which bill denomination you want to get (instead of getting a wad of 20 dollar bills). You can get 20s/10s or 5s!!

The staff at this branch are friendly, and the bank offers excellent customer service. There's plenty of parking space available, and the facilities are very clean.

Went up to the bank today to discuss a matter about money being withdrawn out my account, when I talk to them they says it's an error in their system it will be fixed it a matter of days , so I went up there to talk to them in person and vernita Wilson is the one I delt with and she was very unprofessional and doesn't have any customer communication skills, I will be moving my business and personal accounts elsewhere
