This place is awful. I received notice of a package delivered on Friday. I went in on Tuesday and they said they had already sent it back. They told me it isn't their decision to send back rather they are prompted to do such from the shipper. I don't buy that story. Considering they are closed on Sunday, the item was in their possession 3 days before they sent it back. The shipper told me they are supposed to hold the product for 7 days, not 3!! Don't go here.

They are ridiculous about what they charge to scan and send an email. They charged me $10.00 to scan 16 pages and send a copy via email. Glad I didn’t take a larger project to them. I usually go to Sun Copies where I never feel fleeced for small scan and send job. I won’t be going back. Again, I feel I was very over charged.

I can’t find the sense in providing a phone number just to forward all incoming calls. Also the customer service was beyond poor upon visiting the location. The help was unable to answer any of my questions and was inattentive to other guests. Just a bad first impression, unfortunately.
