I can’t find the sense in providing a phone number just to forward all incoming calls. Also the customer service was beyond poor upon visiting the location. The help was unable to answer any of my questions and was inattentive to other guests. Just a bad first impression, unfortunately.

I don’t do many of these but. I have to give love to Ms. Pat. She is my first place of though when it comes to my shipping needs. Doesn’t matter if it’s packed or if she has to pack it for you. It will be done and always sent with the best carrier and rate for the job. Can’t believe it has been 5 years… but cheers there is to 5 more. Thank you Ms Pat

This Copy and Ship Service store is a small Black Owned business. I always support local businesses, being that it is a Black Owned business I will make it a priority to use them.The store is clean, always stocked with your mailing needs and never a wait.Great and friendly staff.

Owner of Copy N Ship is a very nice lady. The other woman who works there is nice too. They offer so many handy services and they are excellent at what they do. Highly recommend!
