Can’t say enough about the amazing service we received from Cord Moving
Prior to the move, we were able to get all the boxes, packing material and tape that we needed
Today they sent 6 guys and completely loaded everything at the old house and unloaded everything at the new house.
Everyone worked extremely quickly and carefully
No damage as they were all very careful handling all of our items
Everyone was very friendly, conscious and committed to getting us in as quickly as possible
We certainly appreciate how hard they worked

Estimating was completely wrong; the crew showed up with less people than required and a truck half the size needed. While the crew was unfailingly pleasant and accommodative, the fact remains that this turned into a four step process and only added extra stress to the ordeal. Then the crew left the back door of the house open (for FIVE DAYS IN 100F heat) so I had the pleasure of air conditioning the outside. Did they offer to adjust the price for the added expense, aggravation, and liability I incurred????
No, are you kidding?
I would rate Cord at zero stars, even though their guys were very pleasant, and apologetic for the ridiculously inadequate estimation process. I had to play hardball with Cord to assure we didn’t have to pay for extra mileage and extra labor… all because they sent a truck and crew that was completely inadequate.
If you want to hire this mover, “caveat emptor.” I’d NEVER contract with them again. And I’ve told them as much.

The 3 young men, Curt and Chad and Trenton were top notch in their moving abilities. The price was reasonable the young men friendly and very helpful. They made a tedious stressful situation a real delight. I cant thank them enough for a job well done. The office staff who ididnt get a chance to meet in person were so kind and helpful and explained everything in great detail. All the transactions were over the internet and the pleasant young man Josh by Facetime and video calling took inventory of the things to be moved. Fast and efficient....is my closing comment about the service I recieved from Cord Moving.
