They are way over priced on these units they don’t offer you your deposit back their late fee is $30 I would never recommend this place to anyone they will give you false information on how to reach out to someone

The space is very secure and the workers are extremely nice. What i don't like is the hike of payment on storages. The sizes doesn't change and the price goes up. No appreciation to the people that has been loyal to the company only perks for the new people. Please, make that make sense...

Website says there is drive up access. We went to go rent a unit, and there are NO drive up access units! Employee said “drive up access” means you can drive up to the door and park in front of the building. No storage units close to door. The storage unit doors on the outside of the building are fake and not real units. Also, the website has 2 different offers on it- “first month free and up to 50% off” and then “35% off + half off first month”. When we called they would not honor the half off and would only honor the 35% off the first month. I would never use this place, the false advertising is ridiculous
Edit in response to the company who obviously did not read my review- I do not have an account, and am obviously not a customer. I would never rent from this company after experiencing first hand your shady business practices to get people in your door. I chose Storage Rentals of America instead. I highly recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with the storage unit manager John. From the moment I arrived, he was sketchy and unprofessional. He didn't seem to know their policies and were dismissive when I asked questions. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected throughout my visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service. Not to mention the lack of upkeep on the place , the units were dirty and poorly kept , I even saw signs of pest and rodents.
Save your time and money!

I just started a rental so I don’t have much to critique. I am glad that I downloaded the app because when the man at the counter came with me to open the door with the app the sign on the door was the wrong number. He was then notified that his signs are wrong.
I also wish you could go on the web site to see costs without have to book a reservation. I wanted to check a price so I then had 2 different reductions but I was able to call and remove the price check resivation
The man at the counter was nice and polite also the lady on the phone who canceled my reservation was sweet and understanding

Increased rental rate unexpectedly and without reasoning drastically with notification only through a small postcard. No app notification, no letter or email, just unaffordable price increase. I removed my items and closed the unit expeditiously.

John the storage manager was, customer friendly, informative, and resourceful. He made sure we got the best price and coupon incentives that were available. Our move required 3 units which the cost would have been more, but because of the discounts that John applied they were very affordable. The facility is clean, cool and safe environment.

I rented a unit from the location on Belt yesterday. Check in was easy and the unit was clean. I have rented from Cube Smart before but at the location on Carlyle Ave… the biggest difference is that you can drive your vehicle into the storage building on Carlyle and you cannot do that on Belt. Otherwise, all appears to be the same.

Closed during business hours. Saturday, July 27, at 4:30 pm, and no one is at location. Note on the door says it will be closed the day before but they aren’t here today.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. John, the actual manager, and laughably at that, was insanely rude and unprofessional. Noticing his tone, facial expressions, and gesturing as he spoke to me, I paused and asked if he was ok. He retorted, “No, I’m annoyed actually.” The audacity of someone who’s supposed to be the face of a business to utter these words to a customer, who’s simply inquiring about something that pertains to HER belongings is insane.
When asked for his boss’ contact information, I was given a phone number that went straight to voicemail. He refused to provide an email address, stating it was only for internal emails. John’s disposition and communication style left NO QUESTION WHATSOEVER of his utter disdain of providing customer service. I am also convinced that he does not like people of color, yet he is providing service in a community primarily of people of color. He has NO BUSINESS being a front-facing staff member, much less the manager.
