Had an issue with my mail order pharmacy, getting my insulin refilled, and delivered before my current dosage ran out. Got the run around from OptumRX. Kevin at CVS Pharmacy at Belleville Crossing, went above and beyond in helping me get the medicine I needed. Thank you Kevin. Much Appreciated. This is why I do business with them when I can. Mail order is a pain in the rear. Kevin, you ROCK!

This store was super nice. Parking lot clean and easy to get around. Inside store clean and organized. Friendly smiling cashiers. And wasn't overpriced. It was actually fun going here

Be careful getting your scripts here. The first time they filled one of my meds they put the wrong dosage on the container. I couldn’t figure out why I was feeling so bad every morning and then I read the notes from my doctor and realized they put the wrong dosage. The last time I had a script filled, they gave me a 1 month supply when my script has always been for 90 days. No warning either. I went to pick it up and they’d changed it. When I called and asked them to switch it back, the lady got an attitude on the phone and also told me I was reading my insurance card wrong. I went in person this last time and asked about it and the guy in the pharmacy told me because of my insurance I couldn’t do 90 days. Ok fine, so I offered my secondary insurance and he wouldn’t even look at it and said you can only get 30 days. What they didn’t know is that I work in the medical field and I also process insurance information. So I wasn’t “reading” the card wrong and of course I’d already contacted my carriers from both prescriptions drug plans to verify that I can indeed get 90 days. The staff here is rude, and although I smiled and went on about my business I can’t help wondering how many patients they will continue to disregard. I have other alternatives but there are some people, particularly elderly, who can’t go elsewhere and have to just deal with the people at this location. It’s very disheartening.
