I would give this place zero stars honestly the customer service was horrible. I was already having a really hard time when I Called up here The lady who answered the phone was very rude and dismissive. I want to ask her questions about my order and she hung up the phone. It cost absolutely nothing to be a kind person

Beside the fact this location never answers the phone they have no problem handing over your online order to a stranger because the bags are facing the public to view. No ID check to verify it's the right person

Would give it a zero star rating due to the pharmacy process for obtaining vaccines. Made an appointment for yesterday evening. Came in earlier than my appointment time. 45 minutes exactly. Was informed by the pharmacy gentleman that vaccines aren’t administered in the evening. But saw nothing annotated anywhere that said otherwise. Even online. Plus the booking system had slots open for appointments. I drove 25 minutes to be turned away. They should definitely fix this problem regarding a poor process and a failure in customer service.
The front store clerk (didn’t catch his name) was helpful when I was looking for something in the actual store.

I visited this store in Belleville or North bel and West Main last night, October 6 At approximately 7:30 I went looking for matasium Oil I could not find it the cashier Working the Crash register, five stars! He has Excellent customer Service skills! He went beyond the line of duty to help me and he was very pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful service I did. I did not get a chance to get his name.

There never open in the morning time for when people have to go to work and wonder why there isn’t really any business here… always outside wanna smoke saying their doing maintenance to the internet when there’s no one there to do maintenance like be for real if you didn’t want to work mornings find some better

Went to return items$10.99 nail polish with receipts and same card and they ask for ID ...when I purchased they didn't ask for ID.. I ask employees.why i have to scanned my ID.. she didn't answered my question just she showed me the screen...front desk personal are very rude....looks like they can sell but they can't give a refunds...

Their pharmacy workers are always rude. They never ask if you have questions for a pharmacist. As a former pharmacy teach they need to be retrained. Their customer service sucks!

It’s hit or miss. Annabelle, one of the pharmacy managers, is extremely rude. To a point that I’m considering cancelling the care plus card and moving our entire families prescriptions. I have never in my life had someone interrupt me and say “do you want me to answer a question or do you just want to talk.” Because I had to take moments to catch my breath. I would think someone dealing in healthcare during COVID would be more patient. Also my grandparents are not in a rush to spit out information and would not feel comfortable if someone was being rude over them taking their time trying to explain their query. Then when I’m explaining that I am completely out of my prescription, instead of looking at what she CAN do, all she wanted to do was speak over me, interrupt me, and then haughtily exclaim that she is the pharmacy manager. Not sure if that means she is also a pharmacist as I know sometimes the manager is not always a pharmacist because of other responsibilities, but it’s not a good look. Just the complete absence of any manners. Not even polite professionalism, she seemed angry that I had the audacity to call, and then angry when I asked for her information to inform corporate (which I have done. I was also advised to let the actual store manager know, and leave a review.)
This is the same CVS that had an armed robbery in the store area, and I wouldn’t have even known to be cautious because again Annabelle acts like you shouldn’t be concerned and she isn’t sure (like you wouldn’t know if there was an armed robbery where you work.) She also assumed “please fill all 3 we called in” didn’t mean the 3 we called in then expected my husband to be able to use the trade name for each medication he needed when it doesn’t matter, ALL 3 MEANS ALL 3 THERE ISN’T ANYTHING TO NEED TO LEAVE OUT. I’m really disappointed, and have a lot to consider.
Also, in case you’re unsure about this, YOU aren’t the weird one if you’re new to an area and find out there was someone with a gun holding up the pharmacy you may be going to. Anyone who acts like it’s no big deal? They are the weird ones.
And it’s not too much to ask for the people you interact with to actually have customer service skills ; when we are paying crazy amounts for medication and having been in an accident I have a lot of health concerns to want the pharmacy or the place you can pick up many of the at home care or assisted devices, it’s the least they can do to be polite especially if we are being polite and kind. I don’t care how many degrees you have or what your last name is, you need to treat others the way you want to be treated. Hearing her scream at pharmacy techs as if they aren’t human beings is also disheartening, when they’re the ones working doubles and putting up with crazy stuff on the regular. CVS needs more training for anyone who is going to have the responsibility of manager, since right now she just has a power trip and a lot of personal problems.

This has got to be one of the worst pharmacies I've ever experienced! Always a line! Always an attitude with pharmacy staff or even worse, the pharmacist herself! It's not customer's fault you people can't keep staff! All we are try6to do is get our medications filled and get away from this store. Every single time I come here, it's an issue. They closed down the CVS in Swansea and that was a big mistake because that one was actually decent. They left this one in business and I'll never understand. Can't find anyone else locally to fill my Accutane prescription but I'll definitely be filing a complaint. Every time I come to this location it gives me a migraine. If they're not mixing up an order, they're acting pissed every day. Sick of it!!

I was standing there for 10 minutes. Nobody made eye contact with 6 employees working. I head them talk about switching shifts. Employee on phone. 5 employees behind counter!! They need to close that store . Open Swansea employees back!!!!
