Their pharmacy workers are always rude. They never ask if you have questions for a pharmacist. As a former pharmacy teach they need to be retrained. Their customer service sucks!

It’s hit or miss. Annabelle, one of the pharmacy managers, is extremely rude. To a point that I’m considering cancelling the care plus card and moving our entire families prescriptions. I have never in my life had someone interrupt me and say “do you want me to answer a question or do you just want to talk.” Because I had to take moments to catch my breath. I would think someone dealing in healthcare during COVID would be more patient. Also my grandparents are not in a rush to spit out information and would not feel comfortable if someone was being rude over them taking their time trying to explain their query. Then when I’m explaining that I am completely out of my prescription, instead of looking at what she CAN do, all she wanted to do was speak over me, interrupt me, and then haughtily exclaim that she is the pharmacy manager. Not sure if that means she is also a pharmacist as I know sometimes the manager is not always a pharmacist because of other responsibilities, but it’s not a good look. Just the complete absence of any manners. Not even polite professionalism, she seemed angry that I had the audacity to call, and then angry when I asked for her information to inform corporate (which I have done. I was also advised to let the actual store manager know, and leave a review.)
This is the same CVS that had an armed robbery in the store area, and I wouldn’t have even known to be cautious because again Annabelle acts like you shouldn’t be concerned and she isn’t sure (like you wouldn’t know if there was an armed robbery where you work.) She also assumed “please fill all 3 we called in” didn’t mean the 3 we called in then expected my husband to be able to use the trade name for each medication he needed when it doesn’t matter, ALL 3 MEANS ALL 3 THERE ISN’T ANYTHING TO NEED TO LEAVE OUT. I’m really disappointed, and have a lot to consider.
Also, in case you’re unsure about this, YOU aren’t the weird one if you’re new to an area and find out there was someone with a gun holding up the pharmacy you may be going to. Anyone who acts like it’s no big deal? They are the weird ones.
And it’s not too much to ask for the people you interact with to actually have customer service skills ; when we are paying crazy amounts for medication and having been in an accident I have a lot of health concerns to want the pharmacy or the place you can pick up many of the at home care or assisted devices, it’s the least they can do to be polite especially if we are being polite and kind. I don’t care how many degrees you have or what your last name is, you need to treat others the way you want to be treated. Hearing her scream at pharmacy techs as if they aren’t human beings is also disheartening, when they’re the ones working doubles and putting up with crazy stuff on the regular. CVS needs more training for anyone who is going to have the responsibility of manager, since right now she just has a power trip and a lot of personal problems.

Waiting In the drive thru and it’s 9:00 at night and no one here. The worker saw me and left the window. Bad customer service.

Thanks for the coupons. Keeps me coming back. The pharmacy needs more employees or just to be taken away altogether. Ridiculously slow!!!!

Do not use this pharmacy. Had a sick dog and the vet called in meds. They made fun of the situation. Then complained about having to stay past their shift to take care of a dog . ( It’s a 24 hour pharmacy someone would have to do it ) Drove the 45 mins home only to find they did not reconstitute the medicine or give a syringe to take it. So our liquid meds were given to us in a powder with no way to measure the water even if we added it. Has to go to Walmart to get what we needed and reconstitute it ourselves .

They charged my card twice for a gift card. I'm assuming this was fraud. When I called to report it to a manger, they hung up on me. Wow.

Don’t ignore all the one-star reviews. This pharmacy is filthy from parking lot to counter. My script was supposed to be ready by 4. I got there at 6, and they said it would be another hour. I came back three hours later, and they still hadn’t started filling the script—told me they’d need an hour to get it ready. I think I heard that story 3 hours before. No other customers at the counter! Calling dr in the morning to transfer my script somewhere else.

This pharmacy has yet to get a prescription correct for me. They get the insurance information wrong. Then, they just cancel the order and don't let me know. If I call about it, I am on hold for ever. Then, they start over putting me at the back of the line. They tell me one lie after another. They have hung up on me. They can not be bothered. What idiocracy! It is just a pharmacy after all.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They called to inform me that my prescription was filled. I go there and they said it's out of stock. They said call back the next day between noon and 4pm to see if its there. So I call and they said it's not yet. At 8:20 pm they call me and said it is there. I told them I would be there the next morning to pick it up. I go there the next morning and again they said it's out of stock. I said how can it be out of stock if I was told my prescription is filled? Mind you I am completely out of medication at this point so now I'm worried. I go home and 4 hours later they call me again and said my prescription is ready and I can pick it up. I made sure to ask my prescription with my name on the bottle is ready? They said yes. I said ok this will make THREE times in a row that you literally said my prescription is filled and I have yet to have it in my hands so I'm not confident about making a drive there. I get there, ask for my prescription, and 3 different workers all start searching everywhere for it. They actually couldn't find my prescription that they promised was there again. Finally after 20 minutes someone finds it. This pharmacy has the poorest customer service I've ever seen. It is grossly mismanaged to say the least. If you get your medicine from here I would advise you to call in your prescription refills two weeks in advance. Your doctor or insurance provider may tell you that's too far in advance for refills but that's the only way you will have a chance of getting your refills completed.

The ladies in the pharmacy definitely aren’t the best but I guess they are trying ? They just really weren’t helpful .
