I see why this is the lowest rating CVS in this area. I have been using this CVS for years as well as my parents. I have never been told out of all the years I’ve used this place, that I need to come up to the pharmacy in order to change my insurance. I simply was trying to update my insurance over the phone and was told that I needed to come in in order to do that. This is a very ridiculous practice. I am trying to verify a price of a specific medicine at different locations to see if I’m able to get it somewhere cheaper. I should not have to come to that location to find out this information, especially in an economy like this. I simply reached out to the CVS in Target and was able to update my insurance through them and was able to figure out if I was gonna use them or not for my prescription. They were very kind and did not tell me that I had to come in to update my insurance information. I will never use this pharmacist on West Main ever again, and I will make sure to let all my family and friends know.

The women pharmacist is by far the rudest medical professional I have come in contact with. I'm not sure why she feels the need to yell at medical assistants trying to clarify what is needed but it is completely uncalled for. This has happened several times with this location.

I was the only one at the pharmacy counter and it was a male behind the counter. I stood there. We gave eye contact. I remained standing. He remained looking at me and never came to assist me. I walked out and determine to never return in that CVS for the rest of my born days. Life is to short to be so rude.

They have the most laziest people except the little old white lady who is always working but one of the staff people wouldn't even ring up my order and I went all the way to Shiloh which had fantastic folks

I would give this place zero stars honestly the customer service was horrible. I was already having a really hard time when I Called up here The lady who answered the phone was very rude and dismissive. I want to ask her questions about my order and she hung up the phone. It cost absolutely nothing to be a kind person

Beside the fact this location never answers the phone they have no problem handing over your online order to a stranger because the bags are facing the public to view. No ID check to verify it's the right person

Would give it a zero star rating due to the pharmacy process for obtaining vaccines. Made an appointment for yesterday evening. Came in earlier than my appointment time. 45 minutes exactly. Was informed by the pharmacy gentleman that vaccines aren’t administered in the evening. But saw nothing annotated anywhere that said otherwise. Even online. Plus the booking system had slots open for appointments. I drove 25 minutes to be turned away. They should definitely fix this problem regarding a poor process and a failure in customer service.
The front store clerk (didn’t catch his name) was helpful when I was looking for something in the actual store.

I visited this store in Belleville or North bel and West Main last night, October 6 At approximately 7:30 I went looking for matasium Oil I could not find it the cashier Working the Crash register, five stars! He has Excellent customer Service skills! He went beyond the line of duty to help me and he was very pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful service I did. I did not get a chance to get his name.

There never open in the morning time for when people have to go to work and wonder why there isn’t really any business here… always outside wanna smoke saying their doing maintenance to the internet when there’s no one there to do maintenance like be for real if you didn’t want to work mornings find some better

Went to return items$10.99 nail polish with receipts and same card and they ask for ID ...when I purchased they didn't ask for ID.. I ask employees.why i have to scanned my ID.. she didn't answered my question just she showed me the screen...front desk personal are very rude....looks like they can sell but they can't give a refunds...

Their pharmacy workers are always rude. They never ask if you have questions for a pharmacist. As a former pharmacy teach they need to be retrained. Their customer service sucks!
