Whoever the cashier that was working Friday October 11th at 4:30 is very rude! Every time I come in and she's working she's rude! This lady shouldn't be working with h he public! Everyone else here is usually nice and friendly. Put her in the back, she shouldn't be around the customers!

They run out of common household products and don’t restock for weeks at a time. Then, when you try to call to inquire about product availability so you don’t waste your time driving up there for nothing, they don’t answer the phones.

I have been shopping at the DG on Centreville Ave at least several times a week since 2018 when I moved to the neighborhood. If you shop at DG you know the challenges involved. Ever since Tammy came on as manager this store has improved! She gives absolutely incredible customer service and has ( unbelievably ) managed to make me look forward to my trips to DG. My 5 stars are for Tammy, because she certainly does make this store shine!

I had a issue with Dollar General a couple months ago. I received my monthly credit card statement and there was a $155 charge on it to DG. I knew it was an error so I called my credit card company and corporate DG they both said I would have to resolve it with the store where the purchase happened. The manager there " Tammy" was so helpful she worked until the issue was resolved and got my money refunded to me. She also went so far as to give me a gift card for my trouble. Thanks to Tammy and DG. Sincerely Craig Schwartz

This store is the most dysfunctional, unorganized place I have ever been to. Shelves are ALWAYS empty and the aisles are ALWAYS filled with boxes and carts with merchandise on them. Looks as though the store is very understaffed. Also, the store plays music I'm sure they should not be playing. Music with cursing words in it, not the type of music young ears should be hearing. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to this store.

Lot of stuff not on shelves. Had bird cages full of merchandise that you couldn't get down the aisles.
