AJ with Egyptian Workplace Partners stopped in to introduce himself to me as I have recently taken this job and will be doing some of the ordering. He was friendly and informative! He said if I have any questions or problems, to call him. So far I have placed a few orders and the delivery was quick and the products are great.

I called Egyptian looking for a sales rep named Josh and left him a voicemail. Someone named Andrew called me back and was very hostile towards me for simply wanting to speak to someone who works there. Yikes! This isn't a good look!

Do not order office furniture here, terrible customer service. We have had multiple issues with service after the sale. Kevin admitted that Caitlin made a mistake because she did not measure our file cabinets height when she came to our office to mock up drawings for a new desk. Our file cabinets now sit in the middle of our office space because they do not fit under the counter. One of Kevin’s solutions was to offer two small file cabinets (not the sizes we need nor have now) for free because they had extra on hand. The other solution was to lift the counter up, which he said the installers do not recommend. With as much as we paid for this (many thousands of dollars), you’d think he would offer to make it right, knowing it was their error to begin with.

PASS purchases their office supplies from Egyptian, not only because they are local, but they have great customer service and delivery. Alison, our sales representative, is always available to assist when I can't find what I am looking for and if I order the wrong item, it is corrected, reordered and delivered the next day. Scott, our delivery driver, provides outstanding service by delivering the supplies to our break room, copy room and restrooms. Save me alot of time to be able to quickly put it all away.

I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST THE COMPANY EXCEPT THE RUDE AND LAZY HR MNAGER BRET. I CALLED TO TALK TO HIM ABOUT MY RESUME HE WAS COMPLETELY UNENGAGED, UNINTERESTED, AND ONLY COULD SAY OK, OK, OK. I CERTAINLY HOPE THIS COMPANY LOOKS IN TO THEIR HR MANGER.
