Model WFA-35 still going strong after 60 years. Couldn't tell you how their customer service was because I never had to call them.

I have been in the hearth business for over 30 years and I have to say that Art, John and the rest of the service techs for Empire Comfort Systems are the best and are always there when any issues arise.
