I am a Freeburg District 70 night custodian working in the summer days when the Freeburg District 77 was getting the football field / track reworked for the summer. Some of their turf products/ overspray blew over to our vehicles. Even though my vehicle had been washed/treated regularly I had visible overspray on my 3 month old purchased new vehicle. After approval to get it cleaned properly my husband and I took it to F And R Auto Detailing in Belleville. I always heard they were Good. And I was Very Well Pleased with their Work which they specialize in Overspray. Now days I think its hard to be 100% satisfied with anything but WE ARE!! GREAT PLACE GREAT JOB!!

I can't speak on how the service as I was scowled at and promptly thrown out with not so much as a greeting. Woman looked scared of man and he looked absolutely miserable. Never visit again. Great welcome fo an out of towner with a dirty vehicle from the road.

I hope the manager sees this and calls me, as I expected on Friday, April 26, 2024. This is my second time using this service; the first time was excellent, but this time the customer service was poor and the job was not done right. I've been waiting for the manager's call, but haven't received it yet. My car was not cleaned properly and the employee knows it. The employee admitted they were busy and the car detailing took longer than usual. I explained to the employee that a call should have been made instead of doing a half job. He knew he was wrong because he gave me a discount, but that's not what I want. I'm willing to pay the discounted amount to get the service I originally asked for. Took my car to F&R and they did a great job except when I went to Aldi's and went to get a quarter from my coin drawer, all the coins were missing. I had just put a handful of change in the holder to get it out of the way so they could vacuum the cup holders. Nope, all coins stolen. I called the manager and he stated the coins must have accidentally been sucked up in the vacuum, which could have only happened if the little drawer was pulled open and the hose stuck into it. They also forgot to clean the headlights. Like I said, they did a great job cleaning and waxing, but stealing change? That is not acceptable and I will advise people not to go there.
