They talk to much.. The workers talk more help less. ( yes ). I'm half blind so it's hard finding stuff without looking over it ...Employees help your customers it's comes with the JOB...its the younger ones standing around talking, OH, yes ask were something is they'll tell you instead like showing you.....

NEVVVVVVVER go here!!! The most unprofessional place in the beginning of Belleville, they lock their doors at 2:00pm in the afternoon… you guys just opened up a few hours ago why are you guys locking the door at 2:00pm?? I honestly feel this store shouldn’t be there at all, it’s not well put together at all

This store is really obnoxiously crazy!!!! I had just pulled up to go inside to purchase something and it was 3:30 in the afternoon and the workers were walking out and locking the doors I literally asked if they were closing and she said yes. I asked what the normal hours were and she said 8:00 but we don’t have any one to close the store tonight. Why couldn’t she stay and close???? This is bad advertisement and it makes no sense!!!! I had to drive further up the road just to get something that I needed and this store was conveniently closer to my house!!!! Normally it’s the MANAGERS duty to keep the store open when no one else can!!!! Get a better manager and management

Very unprofessional. I live down the street so I walk there and they stay closing cause it's only like 2 workers there. What kind of a store closes just cause you have something to do?? Get more workers that's why people always robbing that place cause only 2 ladies works there. PEOPLE IF YOU HAVE CARS GO TO ANOTHER FAMILY DOLLAR WHY GO TO THIS ONE SMH!!! I go there cause it's like a 4 minute walk,but even I stopped going there , I'll rather catch the bus and go to the one in Belleville. If they lose business they will shut down and maybe build a better store there with professional people.

Always something wrong with this store tbh why not just close it down either they can't take cash or they can't take cards or there on break for 2 hours there 20 mins break as they post it's sad when you have to go all the way to the family dollar in Fairview heights il just to actually get service and respect it's sickening I'm sooo glad I did not take the job there at the family dollar on 89th and state Street unprofessional unorganized unfriendly I have seen alot oh people making post on here lying how nice they are and they are church buddies that has nothing to do with how they work and or treat people (East st Louis Illinois) get better!!! Let's stop lying to cover up the issues .

If you like GHETTO SERVICE!!! This is the store for you. If you appreciate workers with attitudes, pajamas, and bonnets come right on in. IF YOU LOOOOOVE ESTABLISHMENTS THAT CLOSE AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY. ... JUST BECAUSE......WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?... THIS STORE USE TO BE A MEEESSSSS BUT ITS A LOT MORE ORGANIZED HENCE THE 1 STARR......OH AND IF U WANT TO BE ROBBED AT GUN POINT, AT SOME POINT FEEL FREE TO DROP BY.... THE STORE MANAGER EVEN BREAKS FIRE CODES BY LOCKING CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE... WHAT IF ONE OF THE PEOPLE U LOCKED IN ROBS U????? Smh Steer clear of this store if you truly love your life and appreciate good service. There's a lovely Family dollar just 5 minutes up the road, with exceptional service and organization.

This is the second time I came to this store with it not being open when it states clearly 8am. It is now 8:23 am with noone here. There is no sign on the door indicating when they will open today 3.31.22. Extremely unprofessional! There are several cars waiting, I have seen 4 people leave already.

Had a list of things I wanted and was able to get everything. Didn't have to wait too long before an associate came up to check me out.Wish aisles weren't so narrow and cramped.
