I want to express my satisfaction with the services at Federal Storage. I truly appreciate the assistance, updates, and the security of my storage unit. I recently left a poor review due to a frustrating day, and I realize not that my emotions got the best of me. I would like to retract that review and convey my genuine appreciation for the excellent service I have received.

I am incredibly disappointed.No automatic withdrawal so you have to call to make a payment, which is fine IF you can get ahold of them.After multiple calls and messages, they would consistently call me back after my past due date so that I was forced to pay the late fees. I don’t see that as my fault when I consistently try to reach out.Cleanliness is ok, doors are hard to open, woman staff is amazing, the man is quite rude.Would not suggest to anyone who is wanting easy access, affordable rates, and decent customer service.I have sense moved to a much cleaner, affordable storage unit closer to my home as a result of their behavior.Do not suggest.
