After being screwed around by the lazy Walmart auto center in Belleville to get new tires installed. Came here next morning and got it done within a hour. Thank you to the guys that do there job without attitude. Night and day difference between the two stores. Shane was at front desk and was very professional and helpful.

Don't book appt through the website. I scheduled an appt and they called thank goodness to tell me they close at 6 and that they were booked tomorrow. Website said they had appointments open all day.

As soon as I walked in, Shane immediately asked me if he could be of service. He had gladly stopped what he was doing to assist me. He used an OBD analyzer on my vehicle, to tell me what the issue seemed to be. It was quite apparent to me that Shane was genuinely invested in my Firestone customer care experience!

This Firestone is terrible and needs to be shut down had work done on my vehicle there and the same problem still exists and charged me $2,000 don't go there
