I've tried mercilessly to find out what are these extra charges on my account. It has been an ordeal. The 24 hour service isn't actually 24, its just a machine the entire time. It hung up on me anytime I pressed option 6. The app has no place to report unauthorized transactions, neither does the chat, nor the hot lines they say are 24 hours. There's no person to report it to. They say the branches are open, but you can't actually call them if the main office is closed despite their being people there. I've been with them for 10 years and despite and excellent credit history they have never approved a loan for as low as $500. At this point I'm tired of the confusion and the run around. It's time to move on. I've been with them for 10 years. But I think its just a toxic relationship. FC you can have the money in the account, just please, close it when you're done

This has been my bank for many years, even having an auto loan through them. I am now looking for a new bank. I religiously place orders for our groceries/household needs through walmart.com every week and it has made my life so much easier. That was until this week when my payment method would not process on the ap. I tried everything, double checking my account balance and not understanding why suddenly it would not work. I spent hours on this issue. I even called Walmart customer service because I thought it was them. So, after Walmart said my bank blocked the transaction, I contacted the bank. FCCU is no longer allowing purchases on walmart.com due to TOO MUCH FRAUD they had going on there. It has nothing to do with me personally, but it 100% affects me! Not only did the bank FAIL to notify its customers of this problem, they also have NO IDEA when it will be resolved. I set up my account originally in a branch LOCATED INSIDE A WALMART!!!!!!!! What a joke! How is that good customer service. How about a solution for the customer?? Just not their problem....Well, I guess losing me as a customer isn't their problem either. PATHETIC!!!!!

Good bank until we came to this location recently and no one was following COVID-19 mask wearing rules. Both of the bankers at the desk had their masks below their mouths, me and my mother had to ask them to put them on. They said nothing in return just pulled up the mask over their nose, looking discouraged. Once we walked away they once again put their masks back under their noses.

Amazing place. Got my account set up quickly and prints out debit cards on the spot. Excellent interest rates. Great location and worth coming over from mo to bank.

Everyone is absolutely amazing here. I make frequent pit stops here and they usually know my issues and get the problem fixed right away! I don't plan on leaving no time soon!
