I paid for the month of October but moved my belongings out on October 5th because that is what worked for me and the individuals that were helping me. But they didn’t refund me any of that remaining payment. I was in for 4 days of October and I am not entitled to any refund. What a rip!! Doesn’t make any sense! I would understand if I only had a couple days left in October I wouldn’t ask for a refund. But there are weeks left in the month and I can’t get a refund??? Again that is a rip off!!

Great storage facility. Descent pricing since I have utilized their premises. Only one time that they have increased their prices. Management keeps you updated via email on any updates and changes. Great storage facility on Royal Heights Road. The security is to the upmost for your unit you pay for. I have never had any issues.

Needed a place to store things in between moving apartments. Gateway storage was affordable, management has been helpful, and the unit was super easy to rent and access.

I am George's wife, Erica and OMG AMANDA ROCKS! We had Amanda helping us with the storage unit we won at an auction. She was wonderful, polite and even made me laugh! I really enjoyed my time there with her she is just such a joy to be around?? Very easy going with her around!

I definitely recommend Gateway Storage Mall. The facility is clean and well kept. Units are easily accessible. The property manager Tara knows what she is doing, is friendly, and personable. I felt that my stuff was safe and secure with having someone and sometimes Jada (the furry four legged office security guard ) on-site. If I ever need storage again, I will return to Gateway!
