The ladies at Great Clips are amazing. My granddaughter (10 years old) didn't like the way her hair turned out. The next day I called them and it was a quick and easy fix. Pretty important for a 10 year girl.

We went in for shampoo and blow dry, not realizing they don't offer it. My daughter and I got haircuts instead. They were quick and friendly!

They have one lady that cuts the hair great. The ohter staff really dont do the best job with details and back of the necks. I was very disappointed with my sons haircut this past visit.
